PAYMENT

Item must be paid within 4 days; if not, we file an unpaid item claim with Pricetronic and relist the item.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

For most items, domestic shipping is free and will be shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment.

Additional charges may apply for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

Domestically, items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. If item is less than 16 ounces, it ships USPS First Class.

If you need faster shipping, please contact us before purchase to check if that would be possible. You must pay for additional shipping charges; these charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Very big and heavy items, such as engine, transmission and some others can only be shipped through freight.

Flat Rate Freight shipping price is for commercial address only.

Price for residential address delivery may be quoted individually and usually is twice as much as commercial.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship most items worldwide through Pricetronic global shipping program only.

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may occur within your country.

RETURNS

We will accept returns within 30 days after you receive the item

If part is damaged or not functioning (or if there is any mistake at our end), we'll accept your return on general Pricetronic terms.

If you've got the wrong item and want to return it - we will charge 20% restocking fee.

All items are marked and will be inspected once received.

Only items with our mark and in original pictured condition will be refunded.

If the item was damaged during shipment - you MUST give us PROOF that the carrier is at fault in order for us to file a claim.>

We're not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that may occur.
