The carrier area is large enough not to affect riding, shifting, or rear braking. The lower part of the carrier has a folded edge to stop the cargo to prevent the cargo from falling off and a protrusion to hook a rubber net or rubber band. The center frame is designed to prevent the combination lock cover on the leg shield from interfering with the luggage and to prevent scratches on the combination lock cover when the luggage is loaded.
