GOYARD Herringbone Vanity Trunk Cosmetic Train Case Bag Red

Offered for sale is a very rare and beautiful, authentic Goyard Sardaigne vanity train case in red. The exterior is Goyardine painted herringbone canvas with red leather accents. It includes painted initials “T.S” on the front. The interior is done in Goyard’s fabulous yellow cloth. Inside this train case is a removable tray, a small interior mirror inside a pocket, and a red leather strap with buckle to hold toiletries upright. The case is accented with silver hardware. It has a classic suitcase latch with sliding lock. It includes a leather clochette with two keys. Case measures 12.6" Width x 8.7" Height x 8.7" Depth.
Condition: This is a vintage train case that shows very little use considering its age. Hardware: Very light scratches. Base feet have scratches and wear from use. Maison Goyard metal plate on exterior shows some piting. Leather: Top handle has some creasing from use. Minor scuffs on leather borders, mostly at corners. The inside mirror has some staining and wear on the back and some missing mirror leaf. Inside lining shows light staining. Red leather interior strap shows creasing and the buckle has light pitting and scratches from use.
