Two top zippers, two sidewall pockets, two outer zippers, 4 inner elastic pockets, two large open inner pockets, shoulder strap. Measures 20 1/2" wide, 12" high and 8" across the bottom. Has 5 gold feet to protect the leather on bottom. This baby will carry it all! This came from an estate sale and appears to be unused. Please see photos, as they are part of the description.
