Luggage Rack Mount Sleeve, S/S, Set of 8, New.  These are 1.07" high by 0.82" wide by 0.66" deep. PLEASE NOTE:  Luggage racks were made with different height profiles.  Height was established based on the height of these sleeves.  We had 45 of these sleeves and measured them all.  We found al least 5 different heights ranging from 1-1/16" to 1.4".  We provided the dimensions of these so you can determine if they meet your needs.  If not, check out our other listings as we listed other sleeves with different heights.
