LUGGAGE TAG PAIR made with Laurel Burch butterfly fabric from Flying Colors. These distinctive and sturdy luggage tags are made with colorful out of print fabric and covered by protective vinyl.  They are perfect not only for making your luggage easy to find on baggage carousels, but to add ID and panache to strollers, gym bags, golf bags, backpacks, wheelchairs or walkers.  You'll have no trouble figuring which bag is yours.  There is  a vinyl pocket where you can place your business card, or insert cruise ship or airline tags. I include a generic card as shown.
I use fabrics that POP, then cover in a sturdy see-through vinyl.  I fuse the fabric to matching 110-cardstock in various graphics.  You attach to your bag with a simple cinch loop I provide.  I have traveled many miles with mine and have never had one come loose.
