Nos Hl Products Luggage

Up for sale is a NOS vintage HL Products backrest mounting kit for a Honda CB360.  Actually I can't tell from the instructions if this kit is for a luggage rack or a backrest or either??  The instructions do not say what particular years it is for.  It is kit # OD-106.  The kit comes with mounting instructions and mounting hardware.  The closest I get on OD measurement of the tubes is 9/16".
