Some buyers have bought items from me and will remove the stitching on the name with a seam ripper or needle by carefully cutting the threads on the backside of the name and then pulling the loose strings out from the front. It will take some time and patience but is doable. Then they either put a cute iron-on or sew-on patch over it.
