2012 Globe-Trotter x Manolo Blahnik with Lane Crawford In 2012, shoe designer Manolo Blahnik was invited to curate a collection of shoes from his archive spanning four decades to be displayed at speciality department store Lane Crawford in Hong Kong. To accompany this, he also partnered with six brands, including Globe-Trotter, to create exclusive pieces to be sold at the store. The red-and-blue striped case makes a perfect shoe carrier measuring approximately 18.25 inches long, 13.25 inches wide and 6.75 inches deep. This vulcanised fibreboard cabin sized carry-on was made in England and features a unique shoe-printed lining, a metal plaque with a unique serial number, and an additional metal plaque indicating that it #27 of 40 in the limited edition Manolo Blahnik series of this size, and includes its 2 original keys for the gold-toned push-lock closures. There are protective feet on the bottom of the case. Never used, the exterior of the case shows only minor scuffs from storage as pictured.
