This luggage is a carry on and has backpack straps that can be tucked away in a zippered compartment, allowing the wearer to use the side handle and carry it like a small suitcase. This bag is in excellent like-new condition - very clean, no damage inside or out, no rips, holes, stains or odors. It is about 22x14 inches.
