Samsonite Luggage Replacement Part Drawbolt Latch for hardside suitcases (most of the pre-Silhouette 9 and earlier) These come in different colors and Rights and Lefts. The rights and lefts are determined by looking at the front of the case and are not interchangeable. The are removed by drilling out the pop rivets holding the lock in place. This is the longer metal bar replacement so you don't have to use your old metal lock bracket or plastic cover for it. Put the grove in first,then pop rivet back on from the back to reattach.(You will need a washer also for the last one if your replacing the shorter version).You can also use your old plastic cover but you would need to cut out the end a little as the rivet will be in the way. Shorter old-style version listed separately (lefts only) Last of the long Black/lefts and Rights (you get the ones pictured) These all used the same key # 170S but the keys are not included.
