Samsonite Vintage Luggage

This was a gift in 1981. It is a Samsonite carry-on.  It is nylon. It is burgundy with a navy handle and accents.  It has a strap about 30 inches that can shorten.  It has a shoulder strap pad on it.  The bottom has a flap that can go down and then fold up for storage.  The zippers work.  It has some ripple marks in the canvas from age. The bottom has four bumpers for protection. From the seam cord edging side to side is 10 inches, and also 10 inches from top to bottom, but there are an extra 3 inches above the seam cord to make it 13 inches high.  It's a very cool vintage piece.  Please see all pictures, as they are part of the description.
