Shoulder drop on all leather strap is about 16 inches but can get much smaller as it is adjustable
Shoulder drop on m leather and bridge strap is about 15 inches but it can also go a few inches smaller. This strap can be removed if you wish not to use it.
Some staining on inner pocket in large compartment

I did NOT buckle the top zipper because I do not have a key and not sure if it would stay locked or not.
